How can I discover the Trademark Hearing date? The agent/applicant/attorney involved receives a hearing notification advising them of the application number and hearing date. The hearing notification is usually sent 15 days before the hearing date.

A trademark hearing is a process in which, after the reply has been unsuccessful, the Registrar of Trademark sends the applicant with a show cause notice. This notice entails appearing before a tribunal where either the applicant or the applicant’s representative has to be present to present the case.

Accepted signifies that the examiner has not raised any objections during the examination, and thus your trademark will be published in the trademark journal before registration. At this stage, the applicant may not be required to take any action but keep a watch on the application’s progress.
